Bank told me to file a report with Zelle. Zelle told us they don’t do that because it is a friends and family app.
They said we can file with the police but we more than likely will never see the 1246$ I was scammed out of by some old prick who took advantage of a disabled person in need of a service animal.
The site is golden-pups.com and the man said his name is Isaac Woodson. We signed contracts. We spoke for 2 weeks. We received pictures of the dog. And then suddenly the dog was ‘stuck in denver due to travel bans’ and I was supposed to receive her today, October 19th 2020. I have not heard from the 'seller’ nor has the company used to drive my dog here ever sent an email that didn’t look like severe spam mail.
I am in desperate need of help to raise the 1300$ I was scammed. It is supposed to cover my future service animal. Leslie Jones from SNL donated 4k to me. The rest was for training and obedience and the harnesses and things I needed to make doors easily openable for my service dog.
I have limited mobility and was recently told I could also potentially be going blind. It is crucial that I make up the money lost for vet care, obedience, and service training.
